Breakfast: Jay Robb protein drink
Lunch @ Olive Garden (we went out with friends): salad, a few pieces of calamari, 1 fried cheese, 2 fried ravioli, 1 bread stick, 1 1/2 manicotti, small piece of chocolate cake (homemade)
Snack: 3 slices of bologna, three berry cobbler
