Breakfast: 3/4 of a Jay Robb protein shake
fork or two of chicken fajita

Lunch: salad with blue cheese, blueberries, crispy walnuts, and homemade salad dressing
cheese and crackers

Dinner: Barbecue shrimp Orleans, a little rice, broccoli (with butter) 3 small baking powder biscuits all with butter- 2 with butter and raspberry jam (homemade)

Chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream
